As an entirely separate note from above, Supernatural RPF is probably not the best example to contrast fictionalized versions of RL figure; idk if SPN's going to get into this fest bigtime, I guess that depends on how it's advertised, but there was actually an episode where some actors played parody versions of themselves. :D I'd just say, like, Harry Potter RPF or something. (is that a thing?)
