In addition, would you please clarify your intent in making this prompt: Sherlock; Irene Adler; she’s gay but she makes exceptions? Do you mean that you intend for Irene to consider herself gay but actually be bi? This distinction is vital, because the filling rules prohibit authors from changing a character's prompted identity, and even specifically cites the example of modifying a lesbian prompt to include attraction to non-women.

Steven Universe; Garnet; Garnet doesn't stop being a lesbian just because she doesn't want to date anyone. It just means she's monogamous.

Steven Universe; Connie; Connie is bi and closeted. She never thought she'd have to come out; she always thought she could just date boys and fit into the societal role she's expected to play. All of that changed when she fell in love with a girl.

One Punch Man; Saitama/Genos; Saitama just hasn't really been interested in anyone in forever. It's when Genos is destroyed and stripped to his core and human leftovers that he realizes his lacking emotions just numbed him to the point he couldn't realize that he couldn't imagine a life without the cyborg.
